State Route 512 Closures Start Sunday, Aug. 4

Continued paving work will require lane, shoulder and ramp closures on SR 512, State Route 7 and Steele Street starting Sunday, Aug. 4.

The speed limit will be reduced to 35 miles per hour at the active construction site on weeknights between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. in both directions of SR 512. Motorists will also encounter single-lane and shoulder closures. 

In addition to the lane and shoulder closures, motorists can expect the following ramp closures during the week of Aug. 4:

1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday

• SR 7 (Pacific Avenue South) on-ramp to westbound SR 512

10 p.m. Sunday to 1 a.m. Monday

• 108th Street East on-ramp to westbound SR 512

10 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday

• SR 7 (Pacific Avenue South) on-ramp to westbound SR 512 

10 p.m. Tuesday to 3 a.m. Wednesday

• Westbound SR 512 exit to Steele Street South
• Steele Street South on-ramp to westbound SR 512

• Westbound SR 512 exit to Steele Street South
• Steele Street South on-ramp to westbound SR 512 (closed until5 a.m.)
