UberEats Delivery Will Debut In Puyallup, Lakewood, Gig Harbor
Restaurants around the Tacoma area will offer food delivery starting Tuesday.
PUYALLUP, WA - The UberEats food delivery service will officially begin in the Tacoma area - including Lakewood, Puyallup, and University Place - on Tuesday.
Rather than its usual ride-sharing services, UberEats delivers food from local restaurants right to your door. The app is similar to services like Bite Squad, offering delivery from restaurants that might not have a staff of delivery drivers.
According to the Tacoma News-Tribune, restaurants from Gig Harbor to South Hill have signed on.
