148th Avenue Full Closure Will Last Through Friday
The road will be closed to cars, pedestrians, and bikes for light rail work.
REDMOND, WA — Construction on the East Link light rail project will force the overnight closure of 148th Avenue Northeast in Redmond this week.
The road will be closed between the SR 520 overpass and Northeast 24th Street. The closure affects cars, pedestrians, and bicyclists. A Redmond officer will on scene to direct traffic.
Sound Transit crews are working on a number of projects in the area, including a guideway over the road for light rail trains.

The closure begins at 11 p.m. Thursday and ends by 5 a.m. Friday.
