4 Days Of Closures At 148th Ave NE Starts Tuesday
The SR 520 overpass will be closed during overnight hours due to light rail work.
REDMOND, WA — Drivers should be aware of overnight closures coming to the SR 520-148th Avenue Northeast area beginning on June 18.
On Tuesday at 11 p.m., the 148th Avenue Northeast overpass over SR 520 will be closed until 5 a.m. That closure will repeat every night until Friday, according to city officials.
The Eastlink light rail line, set to open in 2023, will fly over 148th Avenue Northeast on the Northeast 24th Street side of the overpass. The Overlake Village station serving that area will be located at the north end of 152nd Avenue Northeast
