NAMI Eastside Sixth Annual Children's Conference

Saturday, March 5, 8:00am – 3:30pm at Northshore Community Church in Kirkland

Kirkland WA – the National Alliance on Mental Illness Eastside (NAMI Eastside) is proud to announce the date for their sixth annual Children’s Conference, March 5, 8:00am – 3:30pm at Northshore Community Church in Kirkland.

The purpose of the conference is to help families, mental health providers and educators learn early warning signs of mental illness in our youth.

The conference will include six workshops focusing on Emotional Dysregulation/ADHD, Co-Occurring Diagnosis, Suicide Education, Gender Diversity, Essential-Self Care for Caregivers and the growing problem of youth homelessness.

This year’s keynote speaker is Jim Vollendroff, Division Director of King County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division.
