Redmond Parks & Recreation Seeking Proposals For Day Camp Program

Programs could include, but are not limited to, the areas of arts, dance, drama, fitness, outdoor education, science, and sports.

Redmond, WA – Redmond Parks & Recreation is currently seeking proposals for day camp programs for the summer of 2020.

Redmond’s summer day camp programs follow the Lake Washington School District calendar, and usually start the last full week of June and run through the end of August. Camps generally occur in half-day (9 a.m. to noon or 1 – 4 p.m.) or full-day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) sessions, with options for before and aftercare. Target ages range from preschoolers through teens. Camps primarily take place at the Redmond Community Center at Marymoor Village, Old Fire House Teen Center, Anderson Park Cabins, and various parks within the City limits.

Proposals are currently being accepted from new and existing contractors at www.redmond.gov/SummerCampRFPs. To be considered for the summer of 2020, all proposals must be submitted before December 16, 2019, at noon.
