Redmond's Second City Budget Hearing Scheduled Oct. 20
Later this month, the city will hold its second of three public hearings on the 2021-22 biennial budget.
REDMOND, WA — The Redmond City Council will host the second round of public discussions for the 2021-22 biennial budget on Tuesday, Oct. 20, officials announced Monday. The final budget is scheduled to be adopted Dec. 1.
The discussion will take place during the regular City Council meeting, slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held remotely due to ongoing COVID-19 precautions. Residents can watch the meeting on the city's television channel and social media pages.
Members of the public can weigh on on the budget, during the public hearings and regular meetings, by e-mailing comments to bpquestions@redmond.gov.

A final public budget meeting is scheduled Nov. 2., followed by a final vote scheduled Dec. 1. In addition to the formal meetings, eight informational study sessions are planned between now and December.
