Senate Transportation Forums Kick Off Tuesday, Sept. 17

The first of  ten statewide transportation forums will be in Bellevue at Stevenson Elementary on Tuesday.

The Washington State Senate provided the following information on the forum:

Sen. Curtis King, R-Yakima, and Sen. Tracey Eide, D-Federal Way, co-chairs of the Senate Transportation Committee, will present a number of transportation reform ideas and Washington State Department of Transportation Secretary Lynn Peterson and the WSDOT region administrator will also briefly review major transportation projects in the area before opening the floor to public comment for the majority of the three-hour forum.
