Two Patients Died Of Covid-19 At EvergreenHealth Hospital

Eighteen cases of corvid-19 were reported today by a King County official. King County is not recommending school closures at this time.

Eighteen cases of corvid-19 were reported today by a King County official. A total of six patients have died, one from Snohomish county. All died at EvergreenHealth. Four deaths are tied to the Life Care Center. Highline Hospital is treating a 50 year-old man with no underlying conditions. King County is not recommending school closures at this time. Seventeen CDC officials are here. The State has a "hot line" 1-800-252-1027. University of Washington and the State will screen 1,000 each. The novel virus is described by Dr. Ettore Palazzo, Chief Quality Officer at EvergreenHealth as "like a severe influenza." Visit the county website to stay up to date.
