Weekend Police Blotter: Two Suspected Overdoses Reported

Friday, Sept. 21

7:56 a.m., 15400 block of Bel-Red Road: Redmond Police responded to a burglary at a local business.

11:10 a.m., 14700 block of NE 87th St.: A Redmond businessman called to report his motorcycle was taken from a parking space in the parking lot where he works. Two suspect were seen leaving the lot, one on the bike and another in a vehicle.

11:44 a.m., 17700 block of NE 90th St.: A laptop was advertised on Craigslist and was purchased with counterfeit money.

11:24 p.m., 15000 block of NE 24th St.: Subject left a local grocery store with unknown items in a shopping cart.

Saturday, Sept. 22

2:13 a.m., 7900 block of 170th Place NE: Redmond Police investigated a report of a damage to a fountain at a local apartment complex.

1:07 p.m., 18600 block of Redmond Way: A man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

10:56 p.m., 11400 block of Avondale Road: Police investigated a domestic disturbance.

Sunday, Sept. 23

2:03 a.m., 16700 block of Cleveland St.: Redmond Police arrested a 46-year-old Kenmore man for allegedly violating a court order, resisting arrest and obstruction.

12:09 p.m., 1600 block of 132nd Court NE: An iPod was taken from a vehicle. There was no forced entry.

1:09 p.m., 17000 block of Avondale Way: The caller reported an assault that occurred earlier in the month.

7:26 p.m., 8500 block of 166th Ave. NE: Redmond PD investigated a reported overdose by a local female. She was taken to Overlake by medics.

8:39 p.m., 4300 block of 156th Ave. NE: Redmond Police investigated a vehicle prowl complaint.

Monday, Sept. 24

12:24 a.m., NE 109th Street and 159th Avenue NE: Redmond Police investigated a suspected overdose from heroin. The investigation is ongoing.
