Check out highlights of each day's community events, meetings, and notes on Patch.

It's another fun weekend to be in Redmond, with the Ananda Mela festival returning for its fourth year. Enjoy this Joyful Festival of India Saturday and Sunday, July 27-28, at Redmond City Hall.

This year’s prime time acts include the dashing 7-piece bhangra-rock fusion band Indanation (July 27, 6 pm) and the ever-popular Delhi 2 Dublin, a high energy Celtic-Bhangra fusion band (July 28, 6 pm). Other attractions include live concerts ofChai Tea Latte and Yogi & the Yoginis, and a number of dance programs by students and teachers of leading dance schools in the community, as well as professional dancers.

Learn more about the festival, which is free to the public, here on Patch.

While you're downtown, stop by the Redmond Regional Library meeting rooms on Saturday, July 27, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, for a neighborhood art & mapping activity with artist Jacqui Calladine.

The Redmond Library and Neighborhood Network will partner again Calladine for the community program, and the event includes lemonade to quench your thirst.
