COVID-19 has altered the makeup of the Renton Farmers Market in 2020, but it is still the best place to find the freshest Washington-grown produce, flowers and other staples from your favorite farmers.

Schedule

  • June 9 to September 29, Tuesdays, 3 to 7 p.m.
  • Gateway Park (South Third Street and Logan Avenue South in downtown Renton)

Free two-hour parking is available at the City Center Garage (655 S. Second St.). The market is also adjacent to the Renton Transit Center for easy access from public transportation.

Changes

  • The market is designed as a quick in-and-out destination for essential food shopping. Please bring a shopping list.
  • Please consider sending only one shopper per household

The market will follow COVID-19 regulations established by Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC)

  • Separate entrance and exit
  • Shoppers will also be asked to wear face coverings to adhere to the PHSKC directive that took effect on May 18 followed by the governor's facial coverings guidelines on July 7.
  • Limited number of shoppers in the market
  • Maintenance of proper social distancing.

Please follow the directions on all posted signage and maintain proper social distancing while in line.

Assistance Programs

  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Bucks program returns.
  • The market also offers a dollar-for-dollar match with the SNAP Market Match Bucks (formerly Fresh Bucks), which doubles buying power.
