March to support rational gun control on Sunday, January 13

The League of Women Voters have been invited to the event, StandUP Washington: Turn Anger into Action, a march to remember Sandy Hook victims and to support a ban on semi-automatic assault weapons in Washington. We expect this to be the city's largest public gathering against gun violence. We are marching in order to send a message that more children do not need to die before we do something about gun violence.
