Bikini Bean Espresso (formerly Candi Shack) on 18415 Renton-Maple Valley Road in Maple Valley was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. for the following food safety violations:

  • Operating without plan review approval
  • Operating without a permit
  • No approved water supply
  • No approved waste water disposal
  • No hand sink
It will reopen once each of the inspectors confirm that all issues have been resolved, according to King County Public Health.
