Lace Up & Join The Fun At Tuesday Night Running Group
It's nearly spring. Why not join runners at The Balanced Athlete for a weekly group running session? You're guaranteed to meet a bunch of great people and have a good time.

Spring officially starts March 20, but already I’ve seen signs of budding flowers, "high" temps above 50, and drier days.
For this native Californian, that means that the outdoor running season is about to begin. Kudos to The Balanced Athlete for kick-starting the season with the return of its Tuesday night running group on March 12.
*Editor’s note: A hardy bunch of runners actually keep the weekly group running excursions going through the winter months, but extra perks are added March-October.*

There’s no excuse not to join. Lace up, meet at The Balanced Athlete, located at The Landing, at 6 p.m. and run, or walk, at your own pace. If you’re the social type, join the group for dinner afterwards at a local eatery.
Did I mention that I credit this group for inspiring me to sign up and complete my first triathlon? It was a blast!
