Fresh Way Pizza Shutters After Two Years at The Landing

Fresh Way Pizza at The Landing has closed.

A message posted on the store front read:

To our beloved customers,
It's been a pleasure to serve The Landing and Renton community for the last 2 1/2 years but after today, Friday, May 31 we are closing our doors for good. Thank you to all our faithful patrons!

Calls to the advertised phone number for the business did not go through. According to the Renton Reporter, the owners opened the restaurant at this location in April 2011, after a previous location in Redmond. At that time, they told the Reporter the location proved difficult.

While one store front closes at The Landing, the shopping and dining destination reports several new openings including Potbelly Sandwich Works and WildFin American Grill; additionally, Torero's Mexican Restaurant, is expected to open there this coming Friday.
