Furniture from Across the Ages

Renton resident Bob Arrowsmith is bringing the past into style. His store, Fusion Modern + Vintage, has been open since the beginning of June. Formerly a general contractor and now a floor plan and kitchen designer, Arrowsmith supplies a diversity of styles and prices.

“There’s something for everyone,” Arrowsmith said. “The value is in the rarity.”

The store, which is located on SR-900 along South Third Street, has received surprisingly good business, according to Arrowsmith.

“The building owner wanted something unique on the street,” Arrowsmith said.

Fusion has both modern sofas and vintage pieces of art and knick-knacks. Some of Arrowsmith’s own paintings hang on the walls.
