Renton's traditional Fourth of July celebrations are canceled this year, due to coronavirus precautions. Here's what you need to know.
RENTON, WA – Fourth of July events across the country will not look the same this year thanks to the coronavirus. Many cities and towns around Puget Sound have been forced to cancel traditional celebrations, including Renton.
Although Renton's annual festivities and fireworks show at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park will not take place, the city posted a list of virtual family activities on its online events calandar.
