Renton Census Self-Response at 60% - $10 Gift Card available

Renton is at 59.8% participation in the Census 2020 self-response. Other nearby cities results: Seattle 63%; Kent 57.8% and Sea-Tac 46.1%. The national census response rate is currently at 52.4%.

There's an added incentive for Renton residents to complete their census now. People can get a $10 Hacienda Santa Fe card if their household census hasn't been completed yet. Send proof of completion to info@ravishingwomen.org.

By law every household must complete the census. The self response is the easiest way to do it. The Census Bureau really wants to minimize the follow up visits to households for non-responders in this Covid-19 environment. The $10 Gift card gives you an immediate incentive and you help keep people safe and eliminate an in-person visit.

Census 2020 will deterimine federal funding for Renton for the next ten years in areas including for schools, school lunch programs, transportation, seniors and more.
