Renton PD Seeks Help Identifying Burglary Suspect

A resident at the Springtree Condominiums reported that she'd woken up at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26 to find a man she did not know next to her.

Renton Police are asking the public's help in identifying a suspect who reportedly entered a woman's residence overnight last week.

The resident at the Springtree Condominiums on the 4300 block of Sunset Blvd. reported that she'd fallen asleep on her couch but woke at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26 to find a man next to her. She did not know the man.

He reportedly fled as soon as she looked at him. He appeared to have entered the home through a ground level window.

The suspect was described as a white male between 22 to 25 years of age, about 5 feet 7 inches with a medium build and olive skin, brown, curly 'matted down' hair grungy in appearance, with a goatee style beard and a 5 o'clock shadow, fuzzy eyebrows and smallish black eyes. He was wearing a navy blue zip up hoody and dark blue jeans.
