Former Seahawk QB Sells Issaquah Home For $1.33M

Flynn was traded to the Oakland Raiders on April 2, 2013, and listed his home a month later for $1.448 million, ultimately selling it nearly six months later.

Former Seahawk Matthew Flynn just sold his home in Issaquah, located 14229 228th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027

Flynn signed on with the Seahawks on March 18, 2012, for a three-year deal worth $19.5 million. He bought his home in Issaquah a few months later, on May 31, 2012, for $1.225 million. He was traded to the Oakland Raiders on April 2, 2013, and listed his home a month later for $1.448 million. He dropped the price in August, to $1.399 million, and it ultimately sold for $1.33 million.

The lodge-style retreat sits on nearly seven acres, with views of the Issaquah Valley and mountains. It comes with a spacious gourmet kitchen, a spa-inspired master suite, a five-car garage with shop, and a wine room. There’s also a “man cave” with a pool table, bar and flat screen TV. Outside, there’s a large deck with a fireplace and TV, so he’ll never miss a game, even when enjoying the great outdoors. The listing photos show footballs on display in the study, hinting at the owner.
