How Kids In Seattle Can Score A Free Book This Summer
The Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Program lets kids create their own curriculum and rewards young readers with a free book.

SEATTLE, WA — Looking for a way to encourage your youngster to close the computer and crack open a book this summer? The Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Program lets kids customize their own schedule and choose the books they want to read. As an added bonus, if they complete the program by the end of the summer, kids earn a free book!

1. Read any eight books and record your favorite details in the Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Journal. There is a Spanish version available for download as well.
2. Bring your finished Summer Reading Journal to a Barnes and Noble store in your neighborhood before the Sept. 5 deadline. Find a Barnes and Noble Near You.
