Mother’s Day 2019: Best Brunch Spot In Seattle, OpenTable List
OpenTable's list includes 100 of the best brunch spots in the country, including one location in Washington. Should there be more?
SEATTLE — A new list from OpenTable names one restaurant in Washington as among the best in the country for brunch. Should there be more on the list?
OpenTable’s list comes right in time for Mother’s Day, which falls on May 12. So if you’re taking mom out for Sunday brunch, the list highlights the top spots that the website generated from diner reviews. And according to OpenTable, 81 percent of diners book brunch reservations for Mother’s Day two weeks in advance.
"On Mother's Day 2018, we seated more diners than any other day that year and recognize that celebrating mom is a priority for our diners," Caroline Potter, Chief Dining Officer at OpenTable, said in a press release.

According to OpenTable, Lola Seattle is among the best for brunch in the country:
Chef Tori Mann presents rustic Mediterranean cuisine at Lola, another in the Tom Douglas family of exceptional downtown restaurants. Don’t miss our ouzo sizzling kebabs, steaming savory tagines or our grilled to order pita bread, brought to us fresh from our own Dahlia bread bakery right across the street, twice daily.
Located in the heart of the bustling Belltown neighborhood, Lola offers the perfect urban dining experience in it’s upbeat environment, just minutes from downtown shopping and theatre to the south and great music and night life to the north on fourth avenue.
We’re committed to a green community, composting 75% of waste and supporting our local growers.
OpenTable said its list comes from diner reviews collected between March 1, 2018 and February 28, 2019.
