Pike Puget Pilsner Makes a Splash

Pike Puget Pilsner is a refreshing answer to winter’s hearty cuisine, and a perfect pairing for the height of oyster season. Featuring Cashmere, a late-addition hop developed by Washington State University for its low bitterness, tropical and citrus character, Pike Puget Pilsner has notes of melon, sweet lemon, and hints of grapefruit. Available in 22oz bottles and on draft, Pike Puget Pilsner will be released in early December. Label art attached.

Find new seasonal cocktails on the menu now at Tankard & Tun and The Pike Pub. At Tankard & Tun, try Cran Royale, featuring Copperworks New Oak Cask Finished Gin, Treveri sparkling wine, house made cranberry shrub, allspice, and a cinnamon sugar rim. At The Pike Pub, try the Old Fashioned Forward featuring Woodinville 100% Rye, Scrappy’s Orange Bitters, orange simple syrup, house candied orange, and a Bing cherry.
