Students at Lake Forest Park Montessori Create Cards for Police
Students presented their handmade cards to a local officer who visited their school
Students at Lake Forest Park Montessori in Seattle recently created more than 100 handmade cards to thank local police officers. An officer of the Lynwood Police Department, who is also the parent of a Lake Forest Park Montessori graduate, visited the school to receive the cards from students. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and thanking the essential workers in their community.
