Washington's Best Sandwich Can Be Found Here

SEATTLE — The best sandwich in all of Washington can apparently be found in Seattle (surprise, surprise). But whether one agrees that's truly Washington’s best sandwich is a topic for the comments section.

The information we're going with is according to a new list of the best sandwich in every state from People Magazine, which teamed up with the online restaurant guide, "The Infatuation." At Un Bien in the Seattle metro area, the magazine recommended the Caribbean Roast sandwich.

Here’s what People wrote was notable about the sandwich:

Order at the window of this colorful shack serving island-inspired fare like the Caribbean Roast: roast pork shoulder, aioli, jalapeños and caramelized onions.

People writes that they considered The Infatuation’s expertise when compiling the list and paid special attention “to eateries serving regionally-inspired dishes and using locally-sourced ingredients.”
