Newest Shoreline Police Recruit Is Only 2-1/2 Years Old
And he's a very good boy - unless he catches you committing a crime.
SHORELINE, WA - Meet Enzo, the Shoreline police's newest recruit - and at 2-1/2, by far the youngest boy on the force.
The King County Sheriff's Office this week announced the addition of several new K9s, including Enzo. He's a German Shepherd and was actually imported from Germany. Enzo passed the department's battery of K9 tests for temperament and courage.
Enzo will be handled by deputy Josh Holmes. Holmes has been a police officer for 11 years and is Shoreline born and bred. He graduated from Shorecrest High School and Shoreline Community College.
