Possible Car Arson In Shoreline Under Investigation

The car was found torched early Tuesday morning north of Twin Ponds Park.

SHORELINE, WA — Fire investigators are looking into a fire that happened early Tuesday morning along Burke Avenue in Shoreline as an arson.

According to Shoreline fire officials, a car was set on fire at around 4:30 a.m. about one block north of North 155th Street. In addition to being torched, someone spray-painted "2 fast 2 furious" on the side with a smiley face.

The King County Fire Marshal's office is looking into the incident. Shoreline fire said an incendiary device was used to start the fire.
