The first 100 guests over the age of 16 will be given a fun Ulta freebie.
SPOKANE, WA — Ulta Beauty will soon open in Spokane. A grand opening celebration will be held on June 21-23, according to the company's Facebook page. The company says the first 100 guests over the age of 16 will be given a fun Ulta freebie.
The beauty supply and salon will be located at 5504 N. Division St. in the Franklin Park Commons shopping center. The chain has more than 1,100 Ulta locations nationwide.
