Chance Of Snow In University Place On Friday?
A recent cold snap might turn our usual winter rain to snow in some areas of Puget Sound Friday.

UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - Are you dreaming of a white ... Friday before Christmas? It's possible snow will fall in some areas around Puget Sound Friday morning. Other areas will just see plain old rain.
In general, south Puget Sound around Pierce County will see little or no snow. Farther north, the chances get better. Snow levels might get down to 500 feet, so it's possible higher areas like Bonney Lake and the Issaquah Highlands will have a better chance at seeing ... a white Friday before Christmas.

"A chance of rain before 10am, then a chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. Calm wind becoming north northeast 5 to 8 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
"A chance of rain and snow showers before 10pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 29. North northeast wind 7 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected."
