The 16-year-old daughter, Krystal M. Andrews, was released from a hospital four days ago after treatment for ongoing mental health issues. She left the residence without her medication and made threats to harm herself, police said. She may be in the Lynnwood or Tulalip area.

Information from the Amber Alert website says Andrews may be engaged in substance abuse and that she has Bipolar disorder. They say without her medication she could become violent and possibly be a danger to others.

Andrews is a white female, about 5 foot 3 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black shoulder length hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, red shoes and a white “Vikings” hat.

Andrews has been entered into the statewide database for Endangered/Missing Persons. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 and not approach her.
