Every two years, the City of Woodinville prepares its Biennial Budget. The Biennial Budget is a road map for anticipated future revenue and planned expenditures, allocating resources and reflecting the City Council's priorities and policies for the upcoming biennium. The budget is also an evaluation tool, comparing commitments made in the previous year's budget with actual accomplishments.
The Preliminary 2021-2022 Biennial Budget was first presented to City Council on October 27, 2020.

A public hearing on the topic of the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget occurred at the November 3 City Council meeting, with second public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, November 10. The City Council is scheduled to continue their discussion of the budget at their November 17 meeting, with final adoption anticipated to occur on December 8, 2020.
