Cossey Case: Police Seek Person Who Found Homicide Victim's ID
The body of 71-year-old Earl Jay Cossey was found at his Woodinville home on April 26. Officials have ruled his death as a homicide.

King County Sheriffβs detectives are asking for the βgood Samaritanβ who mailed murder victim Earl Cosseyβs driver's license and credit cards to his house to come forward.

Detectives said family members had Cosseyβs mail forwarded to a relativeβs house after his death. Sometime during the last few days, the relative received an envelope containing Cosseyβs license, credit cards and a casino gaming card.
Detectives believe the items were found by someone and mailed directly to Cosseyβs address, which was listed on his driverβs license.
