Fake AR-15 Rifles At Woodinville Park-And-Ride Cause Scare
Two men were seen pointing guns that looked like real semiautomatic weapons, according to reports.
WOODINVILLE, WA - Two men with toy AR-15 style rifles were seen at the downtown park-and-ride, causing a scare among commuters. The men were pointing the toy guns at people, according to KOMO News.
The incident happened Wednesday evening. A commuter, identified by KOMO as Crystal, saw the two men pointing the rifles in different directions, and at her. She called 911, fearing that the men were about to open fire.
When Woodinville deputies arrived, they lectured the two men, but let them go. Crystal called dispatch later in the evening to report that the men had pointed the guns at her - and so now they might be facing charges. Read more about the incident from KOMO News.
