Letter to the Editor: No Need to Move the Urban Growth Boundary in Woodinville

It is critical that we leave the Urban Growth Boundary just where it is and protect our farms and Woodinville's "city living, country style" environment.

Dear Editor:,

Once farmland is developed it never goes back to farmland.  Efforts  are being made to move the of the Sammamish Valley to allow development of irreplaceable farmland. The City of Woodinville already has ample land within its borders that are ripe for upgraded development, and there is no reason to destroy farmland to increase that supply of land.

It is critical that we leave the Urban Growth Boundary just where it is and protect our farms and Woodinville's "city living, country style" environment.
