Man Facing Sex Abuse Charges Had Washington Ties, Police Say
A California man facing 99 child sex abuse charges previously lived in several towns throughout the West Coast, including near Woodinville.

WASHINGTON — A South Lake Tahoe man is facing 99 charges related to sexually abusing children 14 years old and younger, South Lake Tahoe police say.
Christopher Scott Flanders, 51, was arrested Wednesday. Police believe he has additional victims in previous places he's lived, including Aptos; Boulder Creek; Watsonville; Salinas; Pacific Grove; San Jose; Fort Bragg; Mendocino; and Sunland, police said in a statement. He's also lived outside of California: Las Vegas; Vancouver, WA; Woodinville, WA; La Grande, OR.
His arrest was the culmination of a three-month-long investigation.

Flanders remains in El Dorado County Jail in lieu of $2 million bail, police say.
