As a reminder, the District is partnering with Safeway/Albertsons to host a vaccine clinic on Saturday, June 12. If your Northshore student and/or your family member(s) received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine during the May 22 clinic at Bothell High School, you can receive your second dose at the June 12 clinic. If you haven’t already registered for your second dose, please do so here. If you already registered for your second dose, no additional registration is required and you will receive a reminder notice from Safeway/Albertsons.

If your student or family member(s) are receiving their second dose, you will need to bring your vaccination card. Please know that the second dose can cause people to feel unwell. Parents and guardians should plan to be available following their student’s vaccination. Learn more about the side effects by visiting the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website.
The clinic will also offer 100 first doses of the Pfizer vaccine for Northshore students and their family members over the age of 12. If you are interested in this opportunity visit our District website and sign up.

If your student and/or family member is unable to receive their second dose at the June 12 clinic, or choose to receive their first dose at the clinic and need to schedule their second dose, they may schedule their second dose at any clinic or location offering Pfizer vaccines.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will also be available for Northshore students 18 years and older and their family members and registration is required. Second-dose Moderna vaccines will be available for walk-in that day and no registration is required.
All students and their family members who will receive a vaccine at the clinic, both first and second dose, need to complete and bring a consent form to the clinic. Visit our website to review and complete a form.
