• Power outages reported across Washington as historic floods sweep the area (kiro7.com) — Power outages from heavy rain and wind are affecting thousands statewide, including Puget Sound Energy customers in the area between Woodinville and Cottage Lake. Residents are urged to prepare for possible extended outages with charged power banks, flashlights, and nonperishable food while keeping refrigerators closed and generators safely outside until conditions improve.
