"Self-criticism seems to tiptoe into our minds when we are trying to lose weight," she wrote. "Yet how we feel affects our ability (or inability) to lose weight."
Millington offers hope by adding "change starts with becoming actively engaged with ourselves, our choice-making, and loving 'who we are' and 'where we are.'"

In her first post, Davids writes aboutΒ Swerve Robotics,Β aΒ community-based youth robotics club. The team will represent Washington state atΒ the World Championships, which will take place in St. Louis, MO in April.
But the team needs help getting there.
"The club has an urgent need to raise money for their upcoming trip," she wrote. "The cost to send the entire club and their robot to the event will be nearly $35,000!"Β Click here to read more and find out how you can help.
Grogan's first post,Β Is growth always the way to prosperity?, addressed an entirely different problem. In it sheΒ questions the American Dream.
Earlier this week, theΒ Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church held a free screening of the movie "Growth Busters," which tackles the issue of growth and how it affects the environment, she wrote.
