Fake Amazon Delivery Person Linked To Second Package Theft
The King County Sheriff's Office released images from a second package theft linked to a woman posing as an Amazon worker.

WOODINVILLE, WA — The King County Sheriff's Office said a second Woodinville homeowner contacted law enforcement after a woman posing as an Amazon delivery person stole a package from her porch last weekend. The sheriff's office said the second victim waited to call deputies because she thought the person captured on camera was a legitimate Amazon worker. When she contacted the company, they told her otherwise.
Home surveillance from the first home captured the woman leaving a decoy package on the porch, then returning to take it along with an item that was previously delivered. Investigators said the woman is not a legitimate Amazon employee, but they have not figured out how she got a hold of the company attire.
Closer images from the second home show a woman with long, reddish hair tied up in a ponytail. Investigators said she appears to have an accomplice driving the vehicle and takes her time at the scene of the crimes.
