Small Power Outage In Woodinville After Utility Poles Fall

A couple of homes were without power in the Cottage Lake area Wednesday morning after the incident.

WOODINVILLE, WA — Woodinville firefighters and Puget Sound Energy crews were on the scene of a utility pole collapse in the Cottage Lake area on Wednesday morning.

According to Woodinville fire, the poles fell on a garbage truck at the end of Northeast 148th Street east of Mink Road. The pole collapse caused two households to lose power, according to PSE. Power should be back on in the area by around 11:30 a.m., according to PSE.

No one was injured in the incident, Woodinville fire reported.
