Soldier Sends Holiday Greetings to Her Family in Woodinville

From halfway across the world, Lt. Col. Evangeline Saiz wants to make sure her famly, pariculary her niece Madison and nephew Tye, know that she is thinking of them during the holidays.

Saiz is one of more than 100 soldiers from Washington who were allowed to record video messages for family through the Department of Defense.
