Update: Duvall Slough Bridge work will delay, detour traffic
Bridge work will continue to affect traffic into next week.

The King County Road Services Division continues work to repair and preserve the Duvall Slough Bridge on Northeast Woodinville-Duvall Road, and drivers should plan ahead for delays in the coming weeks.
The bridge will completely close daily through Sept. 1 for deck construction. The process to close the bridge begins at 8:30 a.m. each day, with the bridge completely closed to traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This work is weather-dependent.
This concrete bridge, built in 1948 and owned and maintained by King County, is located just west of the city of Duvall. During the daytime closures, traffic heading to and from Duvall will detour south to Northeast 124th Street. Drivers should plan extra travel time when traffic is alternating across the bridge and during the planned closure and detour.

When complete, the roadway surface will be smoother, and bridge reinforcing steel will be better protected from weather and wear-and-tear. The project website has detour and project information.
