Woodinville City Cuts Permit Fees For Remainder Of 2020

The reduced fees will remain in effect until December 31 unless extended by Woodinville City Council.

In a move to promote economic recovery and put money back into the pockets of Woodinville residents, the City of Woodinville will reduce some permit fees by 50% or more for the remainder of the year. The new fees go into effect on September 1, 2020.

Permit fees impacted by the change include:

  • Special Event Fees – Reduced by 50 percent;
  • Building Permit Fees – Reduced by 50 percent for the first one million dollars in permit valuation;
  • Mechanical and Plumbing Permit Fees – Fee waived;
  • Permanent Sign Permit Fees – Fee waived;
  • Temporary Sign Permit Fees – Fee waived;
  • Tree Removal Permits – Fee waived.
