You Can Try A Lime Scooter In Bothell Starting Today
Lime delivered a set of 100 scooters to Bothell on Friday morning. Grab a helmet and test one out.

WOODINVILLE, WA — If you're looking for a bit of fun this weekend, consider scooting over to Bothell.
On Friday, the ride-share company Lime delivered a fleet of 100 new electric scooters to the city. Bothell is now the fourth city in Washington to offer the scooters, which are slightly controversial, for rent.
You can download the Lime app to find where to rent a scooter. But in general, they will be available on the UW-Bothell campus, at Cascadia College, and in the downtown area.

Seattle is one of the few big cities in the U.S. not to welcome scooters — although Mayor Jenny Durkan has said she'll develop a pilot program for them. Lime's electric bikes and Fiat cars are also available for rent throughout the region.
Bothell will evaluate how the scooters are used over the next 90 days, and will decide whether to keep them. If you don't want to go to Bothell, you can rent a Lime scooter next time you're in Tacoma, Everett, or Spokane.
