'Glee' Actress Naya Rivera Accused Of Domestic Battery In WV

CHESAPEAKE, WV — Naya Rivera, the actress best known for playing Santana Lopez on the former hit show "Glee," was charged with domestic battery in Chesapeake, West Virginia. Rivera, 30, was arrested for domestic battery on her husband, the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office tweeted on Sunday.

Ryan Keith Dorsey told authorities Rivera hit him in the head and face, a sheriff's office statement said. Dorsey suffered minor injuries and showed deputies video supporting his story, the statement said.

The attack stemmed from an argument over their child, agency spokesman Sgt. Brian Humphreys said. Dorsey didn't require medical attention.

Humphreys declined to release further details.

Rivera was freed after being arraigned, the sheriff said.

Dorsey is also an actor and has appeared on shows including "Pitch" and "Nashville."
