West Virginia Inmate Sentenced For Stabbing Other Inmate To Death
Kevin Bellinger and another inmate used homemade knives to stab Jesse Harris in 2007 at the U.S. Penitentiary at Hazelton, prosecutors said.

CLARKSBURG, WV — Kevin Marquette Bellinger, a federal inmate in West Virginia, will spend the rest of his life behind bars for stabbing a fellow inmate to death a decade ago. Bellinger, 36, was sentenced on Monday in federal court in Clarksburg.
Bellinger and another inmate used homemade knives to stab Jesse Harris, 28, in October 2007 at the U.S. Penitentiary at Hazelton, Prosecutors said.
Bellinger was previously convicted in the case and sentenced to life in prison in 2014. That conviction was overturned on appeal in June 2016.
