Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions: Kickoff Time, Tickets

Brett Hundley and the Green Bay Packers face Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions Sunday, Dec. 31 at Ford Field in Detroit.

The Green Bay Packers travel to Detroit in Week 17 to take on the Lions in an NFC North matchup that features two teams that are now out of the NFC playoff picture.

The Packers (7-8) are coming off a 16-0 loss to the division-leading Minnesota Vikings. In that game, backup quarterback Brett Hundley completed 17 out of 40 pass attempts for 130 yards and two interceptions.

The Lions (8-7) went down in defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals last week. Quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 19 out of 35 pass attempts for 203 yards along with one touchdown and one interception.

The Packers are looking to avoid their first losing season since 2008. The Lions, on the other hand, are looking to finish the season with a winning record in back-to-back seasons - it would be the first time they accomplished the feat since the 1999-2000 season.
