The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin issued an order this week that requires the waiving of water utility late fees.

For anyone that cannot pay the next utility bill because of COVID-19 related financial hardship, the late fees on water, waste water, storm water & garbage collection will be waived.

We encourage those that currently can pay their invoices to make those payments by mail, using our outside drop box on Appleton Street or on our website.

For those that cannot pay in full, we encourage you to pay what you can. While late fees are waived, the bills will still be due in the future and reminder notices will continue to be sent to property owners.
