FVTC : Innovation Accelerator Helps Vets Launch Co-Op

The Innovation Accelerator for Veterans, a training program offered by Fox Valley Technical College, was recently highlighted by Spectrum News when it profiled Camo Co-op.

The online farmers market is an entrepreneurial effort started by eight veterans in the Fox Valley, most of whom participated in the Innovation Accelerator training at FVTC.

“Veterans come well equipped to become business owners,” said Amy Pietsch, FVTC Venture Center director. “They understand good organization skills. They have excellent problem-solving skills.”
